Ajwa dates are grown in Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, the beloved city of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). These dates are renowned for being rich in antioxidants and their chewy, sweet taste!
It is Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) to eat dates for Iftar and Suhoor, which are a great source of slow-release energy, protein, B vitamins, fibre and potassium, and help to support the immune system and healthy functioning of the body.
